Short Range Devices (SRD) license free frequency bands.
All Elsema transmitters, receivers and transceivers are operating in the Short Range Devices (SRD) license free frequency bands. This means no licence is required to operate our equipment.
However, it is important to note that different countries have different SRD license free bands. Check the table below to see if the equipment series is allowed to be sold in your country and the standard that it conforms to.

(A) MCT series must be modified to operate between 921 to 929 MHz.
(B) Needs to be modified to a low power version, less than 36.32uW (80.83dBuV/m or 10997uV/m)
(C) - For Part 15.247, frequency hopping at 25 frequencies.
- For Part 15.249, transmitter and receiver to be fixed point to point communications. EIRP to be reduced to 50mV/m at 3metres, -1.23dBm
(D) MCT series must be modified to operate between 868.000 to 868.600 MHz or 868.700 to 869.200 MHz.
(E) High power 1 watt transmitters must be modified to 100mW.
(F) Transmitters and receivers frequency to be modified to operate between 458.500 to 459.100MHz (100mW) SRD Band
(G) Frequency hopping at 25 frequencies and the average time of occupancy on any frequency shall not be greater than 0.4 seconds within a 10 second period.
